Speakers:

Ola Frykheden
Cert Clinical Psychologist, Cert Engineer

Ola Frykheden has 30 years of experience as a manager, project manager and psychologist in several different industries. He has both a master's degree in engineering and a master's degree in psychology (certified clinical psychologist). Ola runs the consulting company Frykheden Utveckling, which focuses on leadership development, project management and organizational development. He is an experienced consultant in these areas with experience as a project manager, CEO, line manager and trainer, both in Sweden and internationally, in companies such as Ericsson, 3, Telia and others. Ola also works as a clinical psychologist in Region Stockholm.

Jörgen Damberg
Test Specialist and Awardwinner

Jörgen is one of Sweden's foremost experts in test automation and performance testing. He is a highly sought-after expert in test strategies, test tools and test automation and has for many years been responsible for competence development within the testing and quality assurance group, first at KnowIT and later at Claremont.Jörgen was the first ever to be awarded the "Great Test Prize" in 2014.
